COURSE OUTLINES

PryLynx has developed courses that will give your staff the knowledge they need to take maximum advantage of your electronic document management appliance. A sample of the courses include –

 

Document Management Foundations:

This one-day course will help new users understand the basic terminology and concepts used in electronic document management systems. Participants are not assumed to have any prior document management background but should have basic computer literacy. Students gain an understanding of how these systems work and how they can be used to make their day-to-day activities easier.

At the completion of the course, participants will be able to:

 

General User:

This two-day course is aimed at Agents and Brokers who want to manage deals and their own documents electronically. Participants are assumed to have taken the Foundations course and have a general understanding of document management concepts. The course will give participants the knowledge needed to successfully work with the PryLynx electronic document management product, including capturing, storing, organizing, finding and managing documents. Practical examples will be given throughout.

At the completion of the course, participants will be able to:

Lone wolf user:

This one-day course is aimed at administrative staff who will work with the Lone Wolf software system. Participants are assumed to have taken the Foundations and General User courses. They are also expected to have experience with Lone Wolf software. This course will give users the knowledge of how to capture, process and manage financial and related documents electronically. Emphasis will be placed on practical examples of how the product interacts and assists with processing documents for the Lone Wolf financial system.

At the completion of the course, participants will be able to:

System Administrator:

This two-day course is designed for intermediate to advanced users who will be responsible for administering their PryLynx environment. Participants are assumed to have taken the Foundations and General User courses.
